- Component is run-tested in machine before removal.
- Component is leak-tested after removal from machine.
- Component has been cleaned.
- Warranty: 90 days, parts only.
Rebuilt
- Part has been completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned and prepped.
- New seals, bearings and friction discs are installed.
- Damaged/worn gears, shafts, or other internal parts are replaced as needed.
- Part is reassembled to exact specifications.
- Part is cleaned, prepped and painted.
- Hydraulic Cylinder only: Rod rechromed/replaced, as needed. Barrel honed and polished.
- Part is leak-tested and undergoes basic function test.
- Warranty: 6 months, parts only.
Reconditioned
- Part has been completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned and prepped.
- New seals are installed.
- Part is reassembled to exact specifications.
- Part is cleaned, prepped and painted.
- Hydraulic Cylinders only: Barrel honed and polished as required.
- Operator Cabs only: Glass replaced, as needed. Door and window latches repaired or replaced, as needed.
- Part is leak-tested and undergoes basic function test.
- Warranty: 90 days, parts only.
